THE INNER CURFEW
In Noras second artist residency she stays at a medieval tower at the coast of Northern
Ireland.
The village inhabitants of the idyllic place are welcoming strangers. The girls attend sheep auctions and get matched up with lonely sons at the local pub. But after a while they realize that the pubs and also the Northern Irish villagers are strictly divided into Catholics and Protestants, and the old social structures remain unchanged despite the idyllic surface.
